GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Transportation Disadvantaged/Services [EPCC]; Authorizes the AHCA to continue to contract for Medicaid nonemergency transportation services in a specified agency service area with managed care plans under certain conditions. Revises the number of members required for a quorum at a meeting of the Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged. Requires the commission to incur expenses for promotional services and items, etc.
