Traffic Accidents/Blood Testing [EPCC]; Requires a law enforcement officer who has a reasonable suspicion that a person was driving or in actual physical control of a motor vehicle involved in an accident that may have caused or contributed to the death or serious bodily injury of a human being to require that person to submit to a blood test to determine the alcoholic content or the presence of chemical or controlled substances, etc.
