Property Tax Exemptions/Limitations on Ad Valorem; Proposes amendments to State Constitution to require specified exemption from ad valorem taxation for tangible personal property, to provide for transfer of accrued benefit from limitation on assessed value of homestead property, to provide for assessing rent-restricted affordable housing & commercial and public-access waterfront property by general law, to limit assessment increases for nonhomestead real property, etc.
