Seaport Security Briefings [LPCC]; Requires the Department of Law Enforcement to brief board members of the governing authority of the seaport and the local regional domestic security task force co-chairs concerning the results of unannounced seaport inspections. Provides for the briefings to include findings from the inspection, areas of concern, and recommendations for improvements, etc.
