DNA Testing of Arrested Persons [LPCC]; Requires that persons who are arrested for any offense or attempted offense including, but not limited to, sexual battery, lewdness, indecent exposure, murder, aggravated battery, or burglary to undergo blood or other biological specimen testing for DNA analysis. Requires that the arresting agency secure and transmit the blood or other biological specimens to the Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), etc.
