Illegal Immigration; Designates act "Florida Safe Borders Act of 2008"; requires specified law enforcement officers & clerks of circuit court to report to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement suspected illegal aliens who are arrested, detained, or convicted of felony; provides penalty for failure to make such report; requires specified notice to law enforcement officers, etc.
