Juneteenth Independence Day/The End of Slavery [RPCC]; Renames Juneteenth Day as "Juneteenth Independence Day." Requires the Governor to annually issue a proclamation designating June 19th as said day, recognizing the end of slavery in the United States and the contributions that individuals of African descent have made, etc.
