Motor Vehicle Dealers; Removes exception to certain registration requirements for certain motor vehicles manufactured on truck chassis; removes requirement that transfer of motor vehicle by dealer not meeting specified qualifications must be titled as used vehicle; provides for denial, suspension, or revocation of license for operation of unlawful additional motor vehicle dealership location or unlawful supply of motor vehicles; provides for cause of action & remedies.
