Unlawful Use of Utility Services; Prohibits trespass & larceny in relation to utility fixtures for purpose of manufacturing controlled substance; provides for prima facie evidence of intent to commit offense; provides that prosecution for trespass & larceny in relation to utility fixtures does not preclude prosecution for theft of utility services, etc.
