Inmate Transition Assistance; Provides for specified positions for inmate transition assistance to be created at state correctional facilities; provides duties; provides that certain positions should not be filled by correctional officers or correctional probation officers; requires organization & funding of reentry coalition coordinators; requires DOC to include specified behavioral programming within release orientation programs, etc.
