SB 852: Flag Procurement Act [RPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Flag Procurement Act [RPCC]; Creates the "Flag Procurement Act." Requires the state and every political subdivision of the state to procure flags that are manufactured in the United States. Requires all contract documents prepared to procure a flag contain a provision that flags be manufactured in the United States. Provides that the state or political subdivision may take appropriate legal action to recover the purchase price of the flag, etc.
