Career Service System [RPCC]; Revises criteria for certain rules & procedures for suspension, reduction in pay, transfer, layoff, demotion, & dismissal of employees in career service; increases amounts of time in which to submit grievances & respond to grievances; revises notice requirements; increases amount of time in which employee must file appeal to Public Employees Relations Commission; revises procedures applicable to appeals filed with commission, etc.
