Motor Vehicle Dealers [EPCC]; Defines the term "advertised price" for purposes of motor vehicle sales. Requires that the advertised price include all costs, fees, or charges that the customer must pay, with certain exclusions. Requires a conspicuous label containing a disclosure regarding the predelivery service fee, etc.
