GENERAL BILL by Commerce ; Alexander ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn
Automated Teller Machine Transactions [EPCC]; Provides for prior electronic disclosure of any fee or surcharge applicable to completing an automated teller machine (ATM) transaction, and that the disclosure shall be in compliance with federal law. Provides that, subject to disclosure, an agreement to operate or share ATMs may not prohibit, limit, or restrict the right of owners or operators of ATMs to charge fees or surcharges to certain customers, etc.
