SB 972: Medically Underserved/ARNP/Controlled Substances [SPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Medically Underserved/ARNP/Controlled Substances [SPCC]; Authorizes an advanced registered nurse practitioner whose practice is located within a medically underserved area or who provides care to a medically underserved population to prescribe Schedule II, III, IV, or V substances. Allows such practice to the extent authorized by a protocol with a licensed physician or osteopathic physician, etc.
        
        Effective Date: Upon becoming law
