GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Testing for Infectious Diseases/Juvenile Centers [SPCC]; Requires each juvenile assessment center or juvenile detention facility to have a written procedure regarding the testing of juveniles for infectious diseases. Requires DOH to designate two counties having a population of 1.2 million or more and five counties having a population of fewer than 1.2 million to participate in a program to test juveniles for HIV who are referred to or who are under the supervision of DJJ, etc.
