GENERAL BILL by Wise
Gifted/Academically Talented Student Education [SPCC]; Requires the Department of Education to develop, and district school boards to implement, procedures for screening students for identification as gifted or academically talented students. Requires students participating in a gifted or academically talented student education program to be evaluated at least every 3 years to determine whether the student is benefiting from, and continues to be eligible to participate in, the program, etc.
