Emergency Dispatchers; Requires DOH to establish by rule educational & training criteria for certification & recertification of 911 emergency dispatchers; requires applicants to have completed appropriate training program that is equivalent to most recently approved emergency dispatcher course of DOE & that consists of not less than specified number of hours; provides renewal term & requirements; provides for inactivation and reactivation, etc.
