Coral Reefs [EPSC]; Creates the "Florida Coral Reef Protection Act." Requires responsible parties to notify the DEP if their vessel runs aground or damages a coral reef. Authorizes the department to enter into settlement agreements that require responsible parties to pay another government entity or nonprofit organization to fund projects consistent with the conservation or protection of coral reefs, etc.
