Workplace Safety; Requires public employers to submit by certain date injury & illness data to Division of Workers' Compensation in Department of Financial Services using specified form; authorizes division to adopt rules; requires division to compile data from reports & make data available on division's website; requires employer to retain reports for 7 years, etc.
