Delivery Vehicles [CPSC]; Defines the terms "golf cart," "residential area," and "seasonal delivery personnel." Authorizes the use of golf carts, low-speed vehicles, and utility vehicles by seasonal delivery personnel during a certain timeframe. Requires specified vehicles to be equipped with safety equipment.
