GENERAL BILL by Crist
Career Offenders/Registration [SPSC]; Provides that it is a third-degree felony for a person who has reason to believe that a career offender is or has not complied with the registration requirements for career offenders to assist such offender to elude a law enforcement agency, to withhold information from the law enforcement agency about said offender's noncompliance, to harbor or attempt to harbor such offender, to conceal or attempt to conceal such offender, etc.
