SB 1124: Community Residential Homes [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Altman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sobel

Community Residential Homes [EPSC]; Prohibits certain rules adopted by the APD from restricting the number of facilities designated as community residential homes located within a planned residential community. Defines the term "planned residential community." Provides that community residential homes that have six or fewer residents located within a planned residential community are not required to obtain local government approval regardless of their proximity to each other.
