GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett
Credit Counseling Services [CPSC]; Prohibits a credit counseling organization from engaging in certain additional specified acts. Deletes a provision that allows the organization to collect a fee for insufficient fund transactions. Requires said organization to obtain a surety bond. Provides for service contracts. Requires said organization to provide the consumer with copies of all signed documents, etc.
