Environmental Cleanup [EPSC]; Revises contamination notification provisions. Requires individuals responsible for site rehabilitation to provide notice of site rehabilitation to specified entities. Requires the DEP to verify compliance with notice requirements. Requires the DEP to provide specified notice to private K-12 schools and child care facilities. Creates the Petroleum Restoration Program Advisory Board, etc.
