Residential Property Insurance [CPSC]; Authorizes certain insurers to use rate in excess of otherwise applicable filed rate; prohibits consideration of certain policies when making specified calculation; preserves authority of OIR to disapprove rates as inadequate or disapprove rate filing for using unlawful rating factor; authorizes OIR to direct insurer to make specified type of rate filing under certain circumstances; requires that certain policies contain specified notice, etc.
