SB 118: Wekiva Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal [EPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Constantine

Wekiva Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal [EPSC]; Creates the Wekiva Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal System Compliance Grant Program in the Department of Health. Authorizes low-income property owners in certain areas of the Wekiva basin to apply for grants to improve onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems. Requires the grant to be a rebate of costs incurred. Requires continued evaluation of nitrogen levels due to onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems, etc.
