GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Ethics and Elections ; Community Affairs ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz ; Dockery

State Retirement System [WPSC]; Clarifies when a State Community College System Optional Retirement Program participant is considered a retiree. Prohibits elected officials who retire after a certain date from reenrolling in the FRS. Provides that retirees of a state-administered retirement system may not be reemployed by an employer participating in the FRS for 6 months. Revises provisions relating to DROP, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
