Pub. Rec./Investigators and Inspectors of DBPR [CPSC]; Creates an exemption from public records requirements for the identifying and location information of current or former investigators and inspectors of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the spouses and children of such personnel. Requires a written statement that reasonable efforts have been made to prevent access through other means. Provides for future review and repeal of the exemption under the OGSR Act, etc.
