REVISER'S BILL by Rules ; Villalobos
Florida Statutes [WPSC]; Amends and repeals provisions to delete provisions which have become inoperative by noncurrent repeal or expiration and may be omitted from the 2009 Florida Statutes only through a reviser's bill duly enacted by the Legislature. Repeals provisions to confirm the October 2, 2008, repeal of exemptions in accordance with the Open Government Sunset Review Act, etc.
