GENERAL BILL by Storms
Student Financial Assistance [SPSC]; Provides legislative intent to expand access to postsecondary education and reduce student indebtedness. Requires each state university and community college to report information relating to certain funds used to provide financial assistance to certain students. Prohibits the use of such funds to provide financial assistance to specified foreign students. Defines the term "eligible Florida resident," etc.
