Pub. Rec./Complaints Against Firefighters [EPSC]; Provides an exemption from public records requirements for a disciplinary complaint filed against a firefighter and the investigative records related to the complaint. Provides an exemption from public meeting requirements for proceedings or meetings, or any portion of a proceeding or meeting, at which such confidential and exempt information is presented or discussed. Provides for limited duration of the exemptions, etc.
