Property Rental Fees & Admissions Taxes [WPSC]; Abrogates the repeal of the tax exemption on rental or license fees provided for certain property rented, leased, or licensed by a convention or exhibition hall, auditorium, stadium, theater, arena, civic center, performing arts center, or publicly owned recreational facility. Abrogates the repeal of the tax exemption for admission charges to events sponsored by governmental entities, sports authorities, and sports commissions, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
