Insurance [CPSC]; Cites this act as the "Safeguard Our Seniors Act." Expands the definition of "affiliated party" to include certain third-party marketers. Includes family members of insurance agents in a prohibition related to the transaction of life insurance. Expands grounds for discretionary refusal, suspension, or revocation of certain licenses. Authorizes the use of video depositions in certain circumstances, etc.
