Culpable Negligence/Assault Weapons [SPSC]; Cites this act as the "Officer Jose Somohano Assault Weapons Act." Prohibits storing or leaving an assault weapon within the reach or easy access of another person if the person obtains the weapon and uses it to inflict injury or death. Provides criminal penalties. Conforms provisions of the offense severity ranking chart of the Criminal Punishment Code, etc.
