GENERAL BILL by Roberson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Williams, T.

Inspection of Nursing Homes; Provides that nursing homes inspected by AHCA are exempt from inspection by DOH & State Fire Marshal; clarifies that any person may make complaint against long-term care facility, including employee of that facility; repeals provision relating to onsite administrative assessments of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, & adult family-care homes conducted by local ombudsman council, etc.
