Cardiovascular Disease; Creates Florida Council on Cardiovascular Disease & Stroke; requires DOH to provide administrative support; requires council to review available clinical resources & develop database of recommendations for care & treatment of patients having cardiovascular disease or patients at risk of or who have suffered from stroke; requires council to make this database available to public.
