CS/SB 1400: Pub. Rec./Estate Inventories and Accountings [SPSC]

PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Aronberg

Pub. Rec./Estate Inventories and Accountings [SPSC]; Revises the provision that subjects an estate inventory to inspection. Creates exemptions from public records requirements for certain estate inventories and accountings. Requires custodians to disclose certain inventories or accountings to certain persons or by court order. Provides retroactive application. Provides for review and repeal of the exemptions under the OGSR Act, etc.
