GENERAL BILL by Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Justice

Drug Prescription Information/Commercial Use [SPSC]; Prohibits the licensure, transfer, use, or sale of records of information relating to drug prescriptions containing certain identifiable data regarding patients and prescribers. Provides that the act does not prohibit certain activities involving prescription information or the collection, use, transfer, or sale of information that does not identify a patient or prescriber, etc.
