Managed Care Plans/Medicaid-eligible Children [SPSC]; Requires all Medicaid-eligible children whose cases are open for child welfare services in the Florida Safe Families Network, formerly known as the HomeSafeNet system, to receive their behavioral health care services through a specialty prepaid plan. Deletes an exception.
