Collaborative Process/Dispute Resolution [SPSC]; Cites this act as the "Collaborative Process Act." Provides the purposes of the act. Provides definitions. Tolls statutes of limitations and other periods of time established by law or agreement to enforce a legal or contractual right. Provides for confidentiality of communications made during the collaborative process. Provides exceptions. Authorizes sanctions for disclosure of confidential communications.
