Warrantless Arrests [SPSC]; Authorizes an arrest without a warrant when a law enforcement officer has probable cause to believe that an individual has committed an act of driving under the influence in violation of a specified provision or unlawfully exhibited his or her sexual organs in public in violation of a specified provision.
