GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Bullard
Beach Safety [EPSC]; Expands the beach safety program administered by the Department of Environmental Protection to apply to all beaches. Provides enhanced penalties for an assault or battery on an ocean lifeguard while he or she is engaged in the lawful performance of his or her duties, etc.
