CS/CS/SB 1502: Fast Track Economic Stimulus for Small Businesses [WPSC]

Fast Track Economic Stimulus for Small Businesses [WPSC]; Establishes the New Markets Development Program. Authorizes the DOR to disclose information relating to certain tax credits to the OTTED. Revises the order in which credits against the corporate income tax or franchise tax must be applied. Encourages capital investment in certain communities to create and retain jobs through the use of tax credits. Requires the OTTED to identify industries in which certain investments may be made, etc.
