GENERAL BILL by Glorioso ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rogers

Grandparental Visitation; Authorizes grandparent of minor child to petition court for visitation; authorizes appointment of guardian ad litem & mediation; provides for home-study investigation or professional evaluation of minor if mediation fails; requires clear & convincing evidence that denial of visitation has caused or is likely to cause demonstrable harm to child's health, safety, or welfare, etc.
