Electronic Gaming Machines; Provides powers & duties of Department of Lottery pertaining to video lottery games; provides requirements for operation of video lottery games; requires video lottery retailers to execute certain agreements governing payment of purses & special thoroughbred racing awards; authorizes department to sanction certain breeders; requires video lottery retailer to make certain payments for promotion of racing industry, etc. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
