Motor Vehicle Dealerships; Revises prohibition of certain acts by motor vehicle manufacturer, factory branch, distributor, or importer who is licensee or applicant for license, prohibition against requiring dealer to relocate, substantially change, alter, remodel, or replace dealer's sales or service facilities, requirements for licensee-offered benefits, conditions & procedures for certain audits, etc.
