CS/SB 1534: Money Services Businesses [CPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Finance and Tax ; Storms ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano

Money Services Businesses [CPSC]; Requires that a money services business keep records of certain transactions. Requires an applicant for a license as a money services business to submit an application that includes a nonrefundable fee for each branch office and for each location of an authorized vendor. Revises terminology relating to license fees for authorized vendors. Conforms terminology.
