GENERAL BILL by Wise
Administrative Procedures [CPSC]; Requires the Administrative Procedures Committee to provide certain assistance with a review of rules and nonrule policy. Requires the committee to establish a system for persons to submit proposals for the repeal of certain rules and nonrule policy. Directs the committee to provide certain information to the Small Employer Regulatory Advisory Council and applicable agencies, etc.
