GENERAL BILL by Joyner

Barbering [CPSC]; Provides for the selection and placement of barbering interns. Requires a barbershop to post notice regarding services of a student intern. Requires a barbering intern to possess written authorization to practice barbering. Authorizes barber services to be provided by barber interns. Provides a limit on the registration fee for internship sponsors, etc.
